Shrink Rap
Dr. Franne Sippel, EdD is a Licensed Psychologist and co-owner of Northern Plains Psychological Associates in Aberdeen, SD and co-host of the mental health podcast, Shrink Rap the Podcast. She has worked with clients of all ages for almost three decades and specializes in the LGBT-Q population. She serves on the Mandatory Reporter Task Force for the Center for the Prevention on Child Maltreatment in SD. She is passionate about research and child abuse advocacy, having published articles regarding mandatory reporting. Franne has been married for thirty years and is mother to two adult children.
Becky Kuch is a Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor and the Director of Counseling and Health Services at Northern State University. She has been a therapist for over 20 years, both in private practice and agency-based. In addition, she is the clinical coordinator for the Heartland Critical Incident Stress Management team, the Aberdeen Police Department Peer Response Team, is a Certified First Responder Counselor, and is on the board for the NESD Family Violence Prevention Conference. She has been married to her high school sweetheart for 30 years and they have 3 children.
